We knew our boiler wasn't working as it should but unless we went to a big company and paid massive prices we didn't know where to go. I searched online for gas safe engineers near our home and rang Alt heating solutions. How glad we were. Andy came out the same day and got our hot water working until we decided which boiler we wanted. he suggested two and we chose to go with the Viessmann. He ordered it and fitted it over two days. We were never without water, we weren't inconvenienced in any way and its working beautifully.
Andy is a very pleasant trustworthy chap and has assured us we will have no problems but if we need him for anything just to ring. He will be servicing it annually and everything is guaranteed and safe for a very reasonable price.
For this and the peace of mind it has given us we give Andy 5 out of 5 stars and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Extremely well deserved, Thank you.
